Executive Biography

With more than 30 years of dedicated public safety service, Jim Anello founded Western Carolina Public Safety with the vision of creating a comprehensive, one-stop resource for law enforcement and public safety agencies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Anello has served with federal, state, and county law enforcement agencies, gaining experience in patrol operations, criminal investigations, tactical operations, public safety training, transportation, emergency response, and specialized assignments. This operational background provided the insight to recognize the need for a single organization capable of delivering integrated products and services to public safety agencies.

Western Carolina Public Safety was established to simplify procurement, improve operational readiness, and provide agency leaders with dependable, experience-driven solutions backed by real-world public safety knowledge.

Today, Western Carolina Public Safety provides four core service divisions:

• Emergency Vehicle Upfitting

• Vehicle Graphics & Agency Signage

These core divisions are supported by a growing portfolio of additional public safety solutions designed to help agencies improve efficiency while reducing the burden of managing multiple vendors.

A cornerstone of the company's philosophy is conducting in-person agency assessments to evaluate fleet operations, equipment needs, transportation programs, uniforms, tactical resources, and future planning. Recommendations are tailored to each agency's operational requirements and budget.

To further support agencies, Western Carolina Public Safety operates a mobile fleet service program capable of providing vehicle upfitting, maintenance support, equipment installation, repairs, and inspections for agencies that do not have in-house fleet resources.
